I'm Glad You're Here

 

I hope the following pages will acquaint you with both me and my practice. I look forward to meeting you in person in my office at First Impressions Hair Studio  at 1502 E. Raleigh Street here in Siler City.

 I have earned my Medical Massage Certification and provide Myofascial/Deep Tissue Massage as well as Swedish Massage techniques.

 I recently added my Certification in Integrative Reflexology. This modality can be performed as a part of a session treatment plan. It  is a modality which can, also, be performed by itself (allowing the client to remain fully clothed during the session). It is amazingly soothing and by following grids and meridians in the feet and hands we can achieve relief from pain and tension as well as relaxation.

Massage is therapeutic and a life enhancing experience providing excellent health benefits.

 And as a Certified Somatic Life Coach and Bodyworker, I look forward to helping you find your balance again - to lead a life capable of handling tension, stress and emotions. Be sure to check out my "What is Somatic Coaching?" page.
